Marmellata al Peperoncino fatta in Casa

Marmellata al Peperoncino Una marmellata molto particolare, ideale per preparare aperitivi "capricciosi" con crostini o formaggi, ma anche per insaporire dei piatti di rossa, preferibilmente alla griglia o arrosto. Osatela, non vi deluderá :) resized_PA150068             Ingredienti 4 peperoni dalla buccia sottile 4 peperoncini rossi piccanti freschi 3 cucchiaini di peperoncino secco 1 kg di zucchero 250 ml di aceto bianco..

Procedimento

Tagliare e sminuzzare i peperoni

Farlo bollire per un’ora circa assieme a tutti gli altri ingredienti, avendo cura di mescolare spesso con un cucchiaio di legno.

Prima di invasarlo, fatelo raffreddare bene.
